Nice location, enough parking. Typical American Chinese food. Their roast duck is not as good, I think it's not sweet enough and it should be roasted longer as the fat was still thick and the skin were not crispy enough. The pan fried vegetables were good. Seems the rice is sticky rice but I am not very sure. The service was good, people were friendly.Good lunch place

Very quick and friendly service, but the food is a C- level if I'm being generous. Pork fried rice was decent, but the sesame chicken had clearly been sitting in its sauce for a long time before I got it.

I've been going here with my parents since I was 8. I am 35 now. Great and fresh Chinese food. Tender meat not over cooked. Best chow mien I've ever had. My wife is Chinese and we travel up north for Chinese food often. In my personal opinion. Best place in the south bay peninsula.

The food here is pretty good and authentic enough. The portions are very generous. I’ve dined here once, but typically will take food to go. So that said I don’t remember too much about the service, but to be fair service usually isn’t a priority in a Chinese restaurant.

Good beef or fish rice porridge but for $10 you can save a few dollars and drive to Hong Kong Bistro on Castro St Mt View, who also has traditional milk tea! They don't here :(

One of the best pan fried rice noodle - wet Hong Kong style. paid $12 for vegetarian version. They wanted additional $2.50 for 5 small pieces of tofu - that's a little over priced. Not coming back (as Hong Kong Restaurant in Palo Alto has better deal and ambiance.)

If I could rate this 7 stars I would. Classic authentic Chinese. The Salt and Pepper fish is my favorite, and they have awesome fried rice as well. Please eat here, and keep this restaurant alive.

I really like this place. The food is great; the proportions are good, the flavors are on point and the staff is so kind.Beware though: The menu posted on the Google location is incorrect! Get a menu from inside to be safe.

They have been around a long time. It was quiet here for Saturday lunch. The food was decent, not fancy. I did not try the bathrooms. I would eat here again. Drinks are not fountain drinks, they come out of a cooler and you ca pick them yourself. They have a large bottled tea selection. The only diet drink was diet coke. Some teas are unsweetened, I cannot say for sure if they offer sugar substitute.

Live by it and visit often. Love the owner, and although staff may be snappy, they mean well. Food is always delicious although not that cheap for the establishment.

Food is average .. barely taste's good. Their menu and prices are different than the one on their website. Wouldn't go back again.

I have been a customer since 1996 when I lived next door to the restaurant. The food has been wonderful, and the service has as well. One time, this included bringing an order to us in the apartment when my wife was pregnant. It's still a favorite spot even though I have long moved away. Our favorites include curry beef, Mongolian chicken, and dry braised string beans, and it seems like everything they serve is really good!Strong recommend!

Excellent food

This place is Classic Americanized Chinese Food and it is delicious. A former colleague of mine from China always told me that most folks from the mainland typically like the more traditional style. I'm no connoisseur... but based upon the customers and the menu... I will venture to say that this place is American style. The combination fried rice was killer. No soggy pellets... with that subtle al dente in full effect... Erratically torn egg... flavorful mini pork cubes with that trademark tone of red... peas and green onions that kids stockpile away for their parents. The customer service was outstanding and they have about twenty different Snapple flavors available to compliment your salt intake. Good place... No smoke in mirrors... Classic American Chinese.

A neighborhood palace. This is a very old-school Chinese restaurant. The food is wonderful and pretty inexpensive for Mountain view. they offer a good array of lunch plates too. There is plenty of parking and a great location, if not a bit hidden.On the downside the decor and outside appearance is old and could use updating. The restroom entrance is on the outside, behind the restaurant.

Great place, great food and friendly service, that is all i need to make me happy. Very traditional for all i know... always available never seen it crowded, or had any hard time ordering!
